The workshop was held in Hillgrove Hotel in Monaghan on Tuesday 17 January 2012
This Session explained the “Key Aspects” of progressing selected ideas through the process of development, project management and on-going evaluation. The Workshop also demonstrated some “Business Balancing” techniques in support of maintaining the correct focus when introducing new products and services.
