EU INTERREG IVA Programme (www.seupb.eu )

The objective of the INTERREG IVA programme is to help regions of Europe work together to share their knowledge and experience, strengthening and deepening cross border cooperation and supporting strategic plans to maximise the impact of the funds. The programme was launched in 2007 and will run until 2013. The Special EU Programmes Body manages the cross border European Structural Funds programmes in Northern Ireland, the Border Region of Ireland and parts of Western Scotland.

The two main programmes (2007-2013) are the EU’s Programme for Peace and Reconciliation (PEACE III) and the EU’s Cross Border Programme for Territorial Co-Operation, Northern Ireland, the Border Region of Ireland and Western Scotland (INTERREG IVA Programme)
